| What did the company say? What did the EPA say? I'm just in shock that a company puts out a product and knows there is a problem yet refuses to change or pull the product.

The EPA guy was fantastic and really nice, but kinda made me feel stupid. He said that there symptoms weren't "the main" reactions, that it may be possible they were allergic to something else in the product. So I showed him where it says the symptoms, from an EPA website haha... It's just irritating, so irritating... He said you never know what products like this will do, because in the lab they are only tested on rats and rabbits and other lab animals. So dogs may have different reactions then lab animals... DUH! I dunno. I told him with the dog food recall, the treats, and now this I don't know what to do...

| I have never bought store brand flea and tick products before, but that is because most of them have the ingredient permethrin in them, which is hazardous to them. It isn't just Bio Spot that has it, Hartz has it too. Too many dogs and cats have gotten sick and even died from this. I really don't know how the company is still allowed to sell this stuff with it being so dangerous. I try to tell everyone that is looking at these products like they are going to buy them how dangerous it is and that they would be taking a risk by buying it and using it. So please don't buy flea medicine if you find this ingredient, especially when it is a high percentage used. You aren't a bad mom at all, you just didn't know, you just wanted to protect your baby from fleas and ticks.
