I never complained to them but from what I understand, even though many dogs have reactions when using bio-spot, there are many dogs that don't, which is why it is still being sold. I know someone that uses bio-spot because it's cheap. His dog never had a reaction when using it so he continues to use it. He even continued to use it after I told him about all of the bad things that happened to other dogs as a result of using bio-spot. His rationale was 'why pay 4 times the price for frontline plus when this works' and all is well because his dog didn't get sick from it. Obviously there are a lot of people like him that continue to use it for the same reasons
