Forgoodness sake....go and get it, and rehome it yourself with the help of the people you know....leave them a note saying it has been dogknapped to save it's life due to their mis-treatment, and it will now be well looked after and rehomed with someone home all day to give it love and attention !;) I couldn't leave it there, sorry ! Please go and get it when it's dark;) You are doing great so far:D |
I told her of all the dangers in the neighborhood, and then I explain that it didn't have any shelter or any water or food in its bowl and that if she wasn't going to keep it in during the summer that I would go to the manager..more or less...I was nice and I didn't sign it, but I am sure she knows its me...cause know one else lives behind them... |
My three Yorkies are all 4lbs, and it makes me sick to think of this poor wee dog howling with fear in that storm.....PLEASE get your friends to help you and go and get it....surely there is someone on this forum willing to help you ??? |

What the "f" is wrong with people?????? If it were me, I would just take the poor little guy (or girl) and talk to a rescue group. Or maybe keep him/her myself. That is just ridiculous. Some people really are clueless when it comes to owning a dog. I commend you for taking any action, whatever you decide, I know you are thinking about the dog and you care, which is a lot more than most. If I lived in Tennesee, I would be there in a New York Minute!!!!! |

I tried for months to get this little 5lb baby boy from a lady that just kept him outside. He was out in the winter (I live near Philadelphia) and the summer. It didn't matter,he was out. I had SPCA go out and he was up to date on shots, he had a dog house and food and water. Thus,he was not neglected. Nothing more I could do. To boot, her boyfriend was a cop and I was instructed to stay 100 feet away from her property or else I would be arrested. If I didn't have 3 dogs of my own to care for and a son, I would have taken him. The next door neighbor has reported that the dog has not been seen for 3 months now. Bless his little soul. I tried! Be careful. You don't know what your dealing with and you have to live there. |

This has to be so difficult to watch and hear. Definite animal abuse. I hope you are able to help this woman understand but think she doesn't give a damn. It is only a dog and don't be surprised if those words emit from her mouth which you would probably like to punch. You can't take it because guess who would have you arrested? Hope the manager has some input and SPCA should be next! Good luck and saddens me to think of animals not treated well. PS A plastic crate has air holes and that pup must have been so wet. Ugh! |
The manager has told them that the dog couldn't stay and so I am wondering if thats why she is keeping it outside, but I am sorry I can't bear to see it out all day by its self...if it was in a secure yard or fence and had a decent shelter and had a way to get out of the sun, rain, and was bigger I could see it, I am not trying to be judge and jury, I leave Max out in the fence, but he is in a 120 pound dog, and we have 25 acres for him to run, I won't let the yorkies outside in the fence unless I am out with them, cause they are so little anything could happen in a second. But it is breaking my heart to see this poor thing outside all day. Mine would stay out all day if I would let them, but I have seen this poor baby cry and scratch on the door more than once wanting in...I will go down and talk to the manager tomorrow and if that don't work I will call animal control...I will get it help, some way..:( |
Bless you for caring. Warmly, Deborah |

Bless you and thank you for caring enough to do the best thing in your situation, whatever that may be. I will be thinking of this little furry and I am happy, he does have someone watching over him. |
What really angers me is the fact that this poor excuse for a human being leaves that poor doggie outside even when she\'s home:mad: WTF?!?! I\'m SO glad that you are there watching over that baby:cry: I\'m also sorry that you have to witness this firsthand, it\'s tearing me up and I don\'t have to actually SEE it:unlove: Bless you! |
