| Please give opinion I ordered from Plush Puppy a week or so ago. Three days ago I got a package from them, but it wasn't mine. It was also wet and torn. Turns out the mailing stickers were put on wrong boxes and another person got my order. Here's what I want your input on: the company asked me to box up the products and mail them back to them (they would put the amount paid on my card). Ok, is it just me or that pretty poor customer service? I've had companies make mistakes like this before and they ALWAYS pick up the wrong item and sometimes give me money off or something free or tell me to keep the wrong item. I told them I had just had surgery and wouldn't be going out for awhile and they said that was fine - no matter how long it took. I asked them about it being picked up and they made more excuses. I really don't think it is my responsibility to find a box, pack it up and drive to the post office. I'm thinking of e-mailing them again... What do you guys think? |

| Are they resending you your correct order? If so, I'd wait till it arrived and send them back the wrong stuff at your convenience If they're saying you have to send the wrong stuff back first - I'd email them again cause that would be terrible customer service

| I would call on the phone and speak with a supervisor. It's really easy to blow someone off via email, not so much "live" I don't think it's right that they are trying to get you to spend YOUR time and YOUR money to send the items back. s**t, you could've just kept them and never said a word. You should be rewarded for your honesty. The very least they could do would be to send you a box and prepaid shipping label (if it's UPS, they'll come and get it from your house, I dunno about any other companies). It shouldn't cost you a dime, and it shouldn't cost you any more than 5 minutes to put the stuff in the box, tape it shut, and put the prepaid label on it. What's the status of YOUR stuff, btw? If they cannot do more for you, that would be a shame cuz I'm sure you wouldn't want to order from them after that Good luck!

| The status of my stuff.... they said they would see if they people who got mine would mail it to me. As I write this instead of just thinking it in my head, it is sounding pretty absurd.... I mean the people who got it could have used some of the product or (sounding really insane here) could have put something bad in the stuff, you know? I'm really getting paranoid now... |

| Teri, post a link and I'll email them -- a prospective customer who is afraid to order because of poor customer service reputation. Of course I won't mention you, and your plight, but maybe they will realize how stupid they are being. |

| Maybe at the very least they can send you a prepaid shipping label and packaging?? And also, I would demand that they send YOUR correct order NOW and that you should not have to wait for someone else to maybe mail your products back to them while you wait longer! That's crazy!

| Eeewww, no way should you accept stuff from someone else. That is no way to run a business!!!! I would call them in the morning and insist they ship your order out immediately or refund your money!

| No way I would accept product from 3rd party. They may be nice people but there are too many other "not so nice" people out there..... The company should just send you the product and ask the other party to send back the product to the company if they really want the product back. But probably they shouldn't sell the returned item anyway so they should just take the loss and send the new produects to both you and the other customer, in my opinion... |

| I just sent them an email -- short, sweet and simple -- here it is. Let's see if they respond I would be interested in some of your products, however, I have heard nightmares about your shipping practices and general business ethics. Can you please explain your corporate policy regarding shipping and lost and damaged shipments. Thank you Cindy Hice |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | THEY made the mistake - THEY need to ship your Items. I like Plush Puppy but have heard they're pretty hard to deal with. They normally have very fast shipping in this case...they need to fix their mistake and you shouldn't have to return a thing if your original order went to someone else unless they send you prepaid postage....but you need your original items first. They're running their business pretty rinkydink - I know they make a ton of money - their stuff is good - but expensive
