?!?!?!? They want those people to mail your stuff to you, FOR THEM? Ugh! And no, you're not being paranoid, I wouldn't even accept the order now
If something does not come directly from where you ordered it and it's to be used on/in your doggies, then HECK NO you're not being paranoid at all. Anything could have contaminated that stuff! Man, these people are so rude! I will never order from them unless you have a good result and it sounds like they want to be lazy about it. I understand that mistakes can happen, absolutely, but to then want the customer to pay to ship things and go through all that? They should have just told you and the other customer to keep the items that you received and re-sent both of your orders.
