| how do i clip bellas nails?? so i just groomed her for the first time and it worked out amazing, so now i would like to learn to clip her little nails.....i have scissors but i am sooo scared to clip them. i dont have any clue how short to do it and i would die if i hurt her....does anyone have suggestions of how i could learn etc?????

| If she does bleed a little bit I was told and have used a dab of baking soda on the nail, it worked for me! I have had to only use the soda 1x on our boxer, she was beat up pretty bad when she fell out of the back of a truck 6 years ago before we got her so she doesn't like her feet messed with (pretty bad scars) and we clipped to short one time, but like i said usually it is pretty easy to clip, and the soda worked for me!

| I use regular nail clippers on my babies...and I just nip off the tip every week or two...seems to do the trick and I havent hit the vien doing it that way.. Dawn |
