| I am so glad Gidget was returned safe and sound!!! This makes me very glad with my decision to have Sissy chipped several months ago. Angel will definitely be getting chipped as soon as I feel she is big enough. This also serves as a warning to all. Please get a lock for your gate so it cannot be opened. If a thief needs to jump the fence, they might think twice. Better yet, as so many things can happen to our little pups, don't leave them out unattended if at all possible.

| Huge Reward I had this happen years ago with a friend. She owned a top dollar Rottie. Lived kind of rural and her dog disappeared. She posted flyers everywhere, searched high and low. I gave her this wonderful advice and for her, it worked in less than a day. She posted huge signs all over her neighborhood: LOST HUGE REWARD Rottie Sure enough, suddenly a neighbor only a few houses down called to say she had "just" found her. LOL. So we walked over there (where suddenly the dog was chained up outside). Funny how only a few hours earlier the dog wasn't outside. And my friend handed her a $50 bill. LOL. The lady, quite angry over this little reward and even had the nerve to say "$50? That is what you call a HUGE reward"? To which my friend replied "I knew that someone local here had her and was a thief, but since I got my dog back I'm not going to call the police and press charges". End of story. I have never microchipped my dogs because they are only as good as the honesty of the finder. Make sense? So, appeal to their low life greedy side. Heck, put up $1,000 reward. Anything to get the greedy low life to come out of hiding with your dog. You know someone local has it. Then threaten to call the police. Hope this helps. |
