I remember someone on here mentioning to make sure I get all the paperwork in order. So I made sure I retrieved every email that petco sent me. Yeppers. He said they should be coming in a couple of days. I WAS going to try to talk to him about the car seat that I cancelled BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED and STILL CHARGED to my account.. but after all of this, I will just go up to my local petco and just return it. Sigh! Does everyone go through things like this or is it just me? Can anyone recommend OTHER PLACES to buy stuff for your furbabies? Let me know, Ashley

| ![]() I haven't ordered anything from Petco.com, & thanks to your tale Ashley, I won't be in the future! I have ordered from Petsmart.com & JBPet.com & had no trouble with either one of them. I've returned items to a Petsmart store that I purchased online & they were happy to help me. Of course when you're dealing with a huge nationwide chain, you can always run into an individual in person or on the phone who is just not helpful or are having a bad day. So I take that into consideration! The best advice I can give is to keep all your ordering info...numbers, names of people spoken with, date & time you spoke with them, etc...together until you are certain your transaction is complete & you are satisfied. It may seem like extra work, but when you have a situation like you did last night, you are glad that you've got it all! CJ
