I haven't ordered anything from Petco.com, & thanks to your tale Ashley, I won't be in the future! I have ordered from Petsmart.com & JBPet.com & had no trouble with either one of them. I've returned items to a Petsmart store that I purchased online & they were happy to help me.
Of course when you're dealing with a huge nationwide chain, you can always run into an individual in person or on the phone who is just not helpful or are having a bad day. So I take that into consideration! The best advice I can give is to keep all your ordering info...numbers, names of people spoken with, date & time you spoke with them, etc...together until you are certain your transaction is complete & you are satisfied. It may seem like extra work, but when you have a situation like you did last night, you are glad that you've got it all!
