You must, as I do, do lots of hating these days. Customer service sucks so often. The beauty of this is the power of our numbers. PETCO must realize that we, as a group, could put a dent in their profits. Pound for pound we spend more on our babies than the average dog owner. That's cause our babies are anything but average.
