oooh... on the lake... whoohoo! I have four kids... one is 20, and moved out. Then three daughters, 16, 14 and 10. The 16 year old will go to Running Start at Pierce College next year. (we homeschool). Texas sounds great too! Is it warm there pretty much all year round? I have a friend who moved from here to Godley Texas. We'll have to keep in touch, then for the good weather to meet up. deb | |

| ![]() Thank you everyone! I do think it's a personal choice, and depends on the specific dog. Nancy, just like people. Some of us can go out in this current 30 degree weather in our shirtsleeves and shorts and others (like me) want several layers, scarves, extra sox etc. I actually see people in Dec wearing shorts here in WA state... I'm always amazed! I haven't seen anyone going around nude though...teehee. deb |

| ![]() I agree with everyone's responses that it really is up to the owner. But on the other hand, she might change her mind once she owns one like I did. Maybe she can get a really plan jacket, nothing cutsy for walks out. If she keeps her house warm during the winters, there really is no need. But in my opinion, dressing yorkies is the best part about owning a cute little dog even if bystands do laugh at me. |
