Thank you everyone! I do think it's a personal choice, and depends on the specific dog.
Nancy, just like people. Some of us can go out in this current 30 degree weather in our shirtsleeves and shorts and others (like me) want several layers, scarves, extra sox etc. I actually see people in Dec wearing shorts here in WA state... I'm always amazed! I haven't seen anyone going around nude though...teehee.
