Mine is named Pebbles, from the Flinstones. It is what I thought of when I pictured her with a bow in her hair. Though I haven't been able to get her to wear one yet (she is still young).

Our Emma was going to be Phoebe, not sure exactly how that got changed but it did

I have ZsaZsa - ZsaZsa Gabor, and she is quite the movie star "Diva" type, she loves her clothes and purses. We also have Windsor he could be named after a castle or the the Duke of Windsor but he is The Duke of Northshore.

Simon is named after Simon Cowell from American Idol

He's handsome and talks a lot of smack------just like my Simon!

I was going to name him Emmitt after Emmitt Otters Jugband Christmas (my favorite movie) but he wasn't an Emmitt!

Hallie cam to me with her name and she was 2.5 so I didn't want to change it on her but sometimes I call her Hallie Berry b/c she's so pretty!

We have a Piper also, I love the show charmed. If we get another I want to name her Phoebe. If it's a boy maybe Leo.

It's funny and silly - which fits him well, so we love it!

I just adore oprah. Stedman is very cute. When we got Abbie Girls AKC papers it showed her mother's registered name as Valentynes Somewhere In Time. We knew immediately that she was meant for us because my husband and I got married on Valentine's Day and our favorite movie is Somewhere In Time. We should have registered her as Miss Allyse Mckenna and called her Alley. We changed her name several times before we settled on Abbie Girl. Everytime we went to the vet's office for our shots I had to tell them to change the name. They laughed and said it happened all the time

Luigi is named after that video game....Super Mario Brothers!!! I always liked Luigi better than Mario!

And Brasco is named after the movie Donny Brasco!!!!!!! Its a mafia movie!!! LOL!

We just had to keep our names Italian! LOL!

We actually call Hobbs, Mr. Hobbs. He is named after the movie Mr. Hobbs Takes a Vacation.

Hootie is just a random name.

We have a Finnigen, named after the dog Finnigen on Mr. Dress Up. Mr. Dress Up was the best (Canadian) Children's show of all time. Anyone who is older than about 25 will remember Casey and Finnigen from Mr. Dress Up. (My cousins have a cocker spaniel named Casey.)

Well on the show, Finnigen never talked, he would whisper in Casey ear and then Casey would talk for him. He was the cutest little grey puppet dog and a huge part of most Canadian children's childhood.

When people ask my dog's name and I tell him, I either get strange looks and "Finni - what" or they smile and proclaim "I loved Finnigen when I was a kid".

My mom's dog is Emma Rae after Julia Roberts sister in Something to talk about. Mom I loved her in that movie.
