Our poodle is named Gus Gus after the mouse in Cinderella, our chihuahua is named Tinkerbell after, of course, the fairy in Peter Pan, and then our baby yorkie is named Ariel after the little mermaid...all Disney characters

We have a Yorkie Poo named Crosley after the old Crosley baseball field in Cincinnati, OH and we have a Yorkie named Wrigley after Wrigley Field in Chicago! Though people at work kid me that we named Wrigley after the gum!

As many of you know, we travel a great deal because of our jobs .... so .... we had the name before we found the Yorkie! I was constantly telling Patrick [who is very forgetful], "Toto, we're not in Kansas anymore"!

So we knew when we found our perfect baby, the name would have to be Toto! Therefore .... "TyAva's Out of Oz, Toto" .... and yes, she is a girl!!

Bialey is after Bailey's irish cream and Tia after the coffee liquior Tia Maria. its funny because Bailey has the cream tan color with the steel blue and Tia is black and red!

Same way with my Daisy, people assume that I named her after Daisy Duke

, but I didn't...I just liked the name, & she looked like a Daisy to me.I did however, have a cockerspaniel boy named Louis Vuitton

Chizziewink was named after the Georgia Award Picture Book The Chizzywink And The Alamagoozlum. I work in an elementary school -- until this year I worked in the media center. I loved that book and since a Chizzywink is a mosquito I couldn't think of a better name for my new little anklebiter than Chizzie --

Chattie's little girl is Scarlet O'Hairy .

ok. I didn't use a book or character but Chanel does have her own RAP Song about her name...The picture is her peeking thru the fence for 'her friend' Ray Ray... the terrier next door.

I have a Daisy and a Duke. I picked Daisy just cause I like the name. When I got the male I wanted something to go with Daisy and it just fit.
