I'm wondering the same thing about my Luna

Not that I care either way, but I certainly didn't pay for a mixed puppy. So I know how you're feeling. I didn't get my papers yet either, they were supposed to be mailed to me, and now the pet store isn't returning my calls. JERKS!

A big red flag is the fact that she wouldn't let you see where the puppy was raised, or see the parents. She might be a broker

! It's so sad that some people use little lives to make money

She looks like a Yorkies .

With all the wanna be breeders on the market , It is not surprising to see this question popping up almost all the times .

She looks like a yorkie to me, but if she is mixed maybe a morkie? She kinda looks like a yorkie/maltese mix. How old is she?

Looks like YORKIE to me, and a very pretty one. Love her coloring!

Why not go to the petstore in person and demand her papers.
They cant just ignore you if you are in there face. LOL!

She looks like a yorkie .

Breeders should be more aware of the standard . Ok some says its not important to them but this question would not have to come up if supposed to be breeders would take a good look at their Yorkies before breeding them , a good evaluation of these Yorkies for breeding purposes is extremely important .

I HEARD THAT ! We're seeing so many people who ARE choosing to breed I think because yorkies are selling for such big prices - the more prices climb - the more people will jump on the bandwagon - and it's not good for the breed in the long run....

Remember how Cockers were ruined by over breeding ? I've seen someone mention that and feel so lucky my cocker is a total sweetheart but it could easily have gone the other way looking back on where we got her

She is adorable!! and she looks at Yorkie to me...my girl looks a little like her and at the beginning I had my doubts because her ears weren't up and she looked a little different than Timmy but because of this site I've learned that not all Yorkies look a like and not all have their ears up. I love my girl anyway and I wouldn't have it any other way. Yes she's got the floppy ears and she's 7 lbs but thats what makes her and I love it.

Here is a pic of her. She is now 8 months old.

Don't know if you were talking to me, but I was thinking Morkie myself. She's 13 weeks old today. Her roots are very very light silver, almost white. I love her no matter what, but I'd like to know for sure. Time will tell, I suppose, but she's my beautiful girl

She looks like a yorkie to me! And as for papers, I wouldn't worry about that, look at my avatar, That is my yorkie (?) she has papers and no way is she a pure yorkie. She is a year old and still no hair! Your little one is darling. Love her up. meeshue

I'm not really worried about the papers,but they were promised to me and I intend to get them! These people were really shifty and I had to go by there three times to get a check out of them for the ER vet reimbursement. They're really ***holes

So I've decided to become a thorn in their side:P

I live in Oklahoma, could you pm me with the name and locality..I would like to avoid any similar situations for myself and or friends.

I am curious, what excuse did they have for not having the papers when you picked up the baby?

By the way she looks Yorkie to me but I believe some breeders are mixing in a little Silky now and then which makes them a bit bigger. I know you will love her but it is the principle!!

she looks yorkie to me she is sooo Cute I love the floppies

Becarefull with pestering them fo much they might get legal on you but you can beat them to it and have your lawyer write them a nice

letter telling them you will . See if that gets some action.

My Topher has the silver coloring....it's quite beautiful actually...and he's all yorkie. I've seen such a variation of coloring in yorkies here on YT...from dark red to black to silver. Quite a range!

Your pup looks like a yorkie to me!
