I live in Oklahoma, could you pm me with the name and locality..I would like to avoid any similar situations for myself and or friends.
I am curious, what excuse did they have for not having the papers when you picked up the baby?
By the way she looks Yorkie to me but I believe some breeders are mixing in a little Silky now and then which makes them a bit bigger. I know you will love her but it is the principle!! |
