She looks 100% yorkie to me! She's a DOLL!!!!!! She looks so much like my parents' yorkie, KoKo. KoKo is AKC registered, weighs 12 lbs, and has floppy ears. My parents actually prefer the teapots because they aren't so delicate. Here's her pic.

i am sure u are upset keep us posted on whether or not u get ur papers hun and i would tell e1 i know who the breeder was that way everyone knows to stay away from her/him...

She's a yorkie. My Lucy has the same silver coloring now, but it seems to be darkening around her face. I was told that she's a silkie. I think your baby is gorgeous!

Same thing happend to me. I was told I would receive papers in the mail within 2 weeks. When I called the lady and asked what happend to them, she said she had lost my address so I gave it to her again. Still never received anything. When I tried to contact her she never returned my calls or would answer her phone! Come to find out later on the sire was registered but the dam wasn't! And I was also told I no matter what the circumstance I could never register her and AKC could not help me with that situation unless she were to register the dam herself. I was very upset. I felt really stupid about the whole thing!

The breeder I went to was Aida Scott And she is located in Roanoke,Texas!

Most veterinarians aren't familiar w/ breed standards. Therefore I wouldn't go by what he/she says in regards to purebreds and their phenotype.

She looks like a "purebred" Yorkie to me, just maybe not well bred.

If she's got a great temperment and personality-ENJOY her! She's got the Yorkie "looks"!! She's a cutie.

Thank you guys so much! You all make me feel alot better. My girls are the world to me and love them so much!! The breeder has yet to contact me back about the papers, oh well. We didnt pay too much for her but it was still a chunk. I probably just wont bother with it anymore. Thanks for everything!!
