Yorkierini I've looked at your website and Hope and Harmony are precious. Dice is adorable. I've also noticed that your breding dogs are tested for Liver Shunt. I find that so rare among the breeders of Yorkies. You have my praise. All I ever hear is, it isn't in my line'! As well as,'it isn't a fool proof test. I'd take the puppy back'! You have lovely Yorkies as well, cute puppies.

Whispersmom2 I love looking at photos of all your dogs, lovely. You should be proud of them. Cruiser has a special place in my heart, because he's a tiny guy and adorable but also a fighter. I remember from another forum when he was so ill a few months ago. I know a little about how he came into your hands through someone else. How fortunate for Cruiser that he did come to be yours. Keep posting all the pictures you want, never will be enough for me.

You should only get blue and golds from a breeding of a parti and a blue and gold. You shouldn't be able to get blue and golds from 2 parti's bred together. You all have some really cute ones.

| parti colored yorkie I did ome research on parti colored yorkies. This is from the ytca website: "The AKC Breed Standard and YTCA Code of Ethics do not recognize any other color dogs than noted above. This includes all gold, born blue, liver (also known as red or chocolate), and parti-colors. One of the reasons for avoiding breeding "off-colored" Yorkies is because it could be a genetic defect that may affect the dog's health. Some health problems can include, but aren't limited to, severe skin problems, allergies, total hair loss and in some cases long-term illness and/or death. . A responsible breeder will not intentionally breed for undesirable traits. On very rare occasions, a breeder will have a puppy born with a color anomaly. That puppy should undergo careful health screenings before being placed in a spay/neuter (non-breeding) home. A breeder should certainly never promote these deviations as being desirable or rare"

my parti yorkies This is my first post on this site,so hopfully it turns out right. These are my two new parti yorkies i got just 1 week ago. On the left is my AKC female, her name is halo she is 9 mon old and is a very lovie lap dog.On the right is my AKC male he is five mon old, he has a great fun playful personality. To clear up any myths, these are pure bread yorkies i have five generation pedigrees on both my male and female. It cotains all yorkies. Last edited by partiyorkielove; 11-27-2006 at 07:17 PM.
