How long is my moral obligation?

Definitely pull the ads!!!!! If noone has come forward in 3 months, they never will. Sounds like he was mistreated to me too....poor guy deserves a new start with lots of lovin'. God guided him to for you to take care of him!!!!!

I have never hit my Kodi but if I get the fly swatter out you would think i had. I think he just don't like the sound of when I smack a fly. He is temid with the loud noises if I am upset(Like I was yesterday when some one hit my car) he will go and be shy. I just have to let him know it's ok.
BTW pull the add he is yours now and I would love him for ever.

I'd say after 3mos of caring for this dog that he is yours! If someone was going to claim him they'd done so by now you would think.

The laws are different in every state, but in my state, as long as you have put $$ in the form of vetwork into the dog, and TRIED to find the owner, (notifying shelters, vets, flyers, ad in the paper, etc.), it is YOUR DOG after 3 weeks.

I just wanted to tell you what truely amasing person you are too take that sweet little baby in and make him apart of the family. Congrats to you and Bob for finding each other! It sure sounds like hes in a wonderful, loving home now
