I'm so glad the collie found a good home and you do need some sleep too. I'm up cause there's a herd of 4 footed creatures running rampant in my downstairs cielings and wall. At least it's not the bats I had a few days ago. Anyway, I'm hoping it's squirrels, but I'm afraid it's a bunch of extremely overweight mice. Pretty sure it's not rats.

When I started checking the papers and stuff, I didn't know where Richardson was. And, you're right, chances are, there wouldn't be anything unless something huge happened. And I did find where she registered on YT Meetups on Aug. 16, using the Wylie location. I'm guessing that is close to Dallas, too? I'm starting to go with the family emergency, too. I hope, if it is, that it's nothing serious. But that would explain everything. You must be a wreak, Patti. This is like expecting a child. Just waiting for the stork to say OK, it's time! It's too bad some kind of chain of YTer's couldn't be put together between you and Chancie(love the spelling) so you wouldn't have to drive so far. If he is as gentle and loving as Kim says, he might make the trip without any trouble. One other option, but maybe a little out of the question, is for you to fly down, rent a car, and drive back. At least, try to get someone to go with you to help drive. That would let you spend more time with Chancie to bond. I really hope you get him. He couldn't find a better forever home. OK, it is quiet now, so the creatures of the nite must have gone to sleep. Now, maybe I can get a little. Good nite, take care and I hope when I check here in the AM, I will see you have started your trek. Nite Nite.

I could fly but I hate to fly, besides that might frighten him worse...
If I drive I could even break it up a couple of days coming back, if I broguht the girls that is... I don't want to be away from them too long, I got crazy worrying. I guess I'll try sleep too, I had to shower again and put in shower moisturizer on, I was itching like crazy. This post has me,my hubby and my parents all wondering whats happened! I still think that a deadline is the best option. Exactly how long are they going to wait for a reply for,has Kim said? Pattie you must be a bag of nerves, whatever you do dont dissapear on us! On a lighter note, does anyone believe in alien abduction? Heres a wierd thought,what if Chancie is an alien sent to earth like Stitch (Lilo and Stitch) and gets people who fall for him abducted!!! Im tired,not much sleep and too many kids movies,ignore me!! Im going to make a coffee whilst I regret posting thes nonsense!

Ok, it's the MORNING!!!! What's the word on the street?! Anyone heard anything from Cheryl?? Have you talked to Kim this morning? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a good day today....that we hear from Cheryl that everything is alright and that Chancie (LOVE the spelling by the way) finds the perfect forever home with a YTer.

Cheryl, thoughts and prayers with you that all is okay and nothing is wrong!! Pattie, I'm glad to read that there is another YT'er waiting in the wings to get Chancie should things not work out for Cheryl!! Either way, this little guy is going to wind up in a GREAT home filled with love

But what I'm most glad to read is no one pre-judging Cheryl - does my heart good to see that. We are all concerned about her so.......Cheryl, if you are "lurking", please, please let us know you are okay!!! If things have changed and you aren't able to get this little guy, we all understand because life happens! Our biggest concern is for YOU and that you are okay! Chancie is being taken care of and is being held for one of you.

Here's hoping and praying we hear something from Cheryl soon!

Well, I am glad to here that. I just don't have the time to read the whole thing as I am so busy with baby "Sahara". The office is just not puppy proof as she has alowed me to know by trying to chew on evey wire in here.

Can't wait to tune in tomorrow to see if Cheryl has been found, if Pattie gets Chancy, if Chancy gets a new home or is doomed to spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Wylie's not far. The person that originally started the group in this area was from there & that's why we're all on that one. There's no one heading that group up anymore, but whenever someone does, the city will probably change. I know she was registered with them before Aug 16, because I remember about her other baby that got lost, but went there yesterday & noticed that she had made some changes, so I guess that was the day she did that.

It could be, but I think that if that was the case, she would have called back to let them know. She did seem really worried about that little guy. I think that if it was her husband, she would have let someone know so one of the others could get the baby.
