| Kennel cough, coccidia nor giardia can be caused by stressed. It can activate dormant coccidia or giardia, but they were already present before the stress caused activation. I think this is a red flag in a contract. My opinion is that the puppy has been exposed to both kennel cough and giardia. |

| My contract only mentioned things with a genetic cause, and liver shunt. I would think a reputable breeder would rid the premesis of infectious disease or at least pay for the treatment. I think that is crazy to have that in the contract. Have you consulted a vet about this? My concern would be if the breeder is willing to fess up about these two things, what things is he/she hiding and what kind of conditions are these pups being raised in? |
