| What breaks your yorkie's heart? Kacee is spoiled rotten. No surprise there! Aren't they all? However, if I don't say, "Good girl!" after she's gone to potty, (if I'm daydreaming) then she will totally wilt at my feet and look at me with such disappointment and then I know she's gone and I say it and she perks up again. What is it that disappoints your yorkie like this?

| Putting on my glasses and shoes and then picking up my car keys and not turning around to say "are you coming with" breaks Teddy's heart.

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | We have a deal. I can leave the house if I tell them "I"m going to work," but I have to give him a treat first. Eddie is also betrayed when I try to pull out the clicker. He slinks and runs and thinks I"m trying to hurt him.

| When I'm on the computer (really working) and Sissy wants to play, or I just don't have time to play - she gets that sad eye look.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Quote:
Let me think....Ok...When Chanel is being a little 'boisterious' outside....I'll pick her up - sit her in my lap and say very firmly "NOT COOL....Use your INSIDE Voice Missy" and she drops her head then lifts it up and gives me a kiss...not a peep comes out of her. It melts me every time. Cheri and Chanel both get broken hearts everytime they see the dreaded Shoes go on my feet - they know that means I'm leaving and they both put on the BIGGEST Pout Faces....the guilt is pretty bad but I try to leave fast as to not prolong the pouting. Then they just sit by the door till I get back.....depresssed. | |

My furkids Donating Member | As soon as I start putting on my makeup Sadie will lay on the rug in the bathroom and just watch me....then up on the bed with her little face on her paws and the saddest look on her little face. I try not to look at her......I HATE that look...just breaks my heart

| Ha Ha these are funny. They rule our lives. We tried to establish a routine. When we are going to leave, I get a treat. I turn at the door, tell Katy to stay and give her a treat. Some days, throws it on the floor and runs to the door. She loves my granddaugther, when she was visiting, we would go on little day trips. We tried to do our little routine Katy would throw a fit as we closed the door. She would bark scratch the door. I even think she was throwing herself against the door. |

| Louie pouts anytime I go out the door and don't take him with me. Even if it is just to check the mail, I can hear him barking inside. When I open the door to come back in he is sitting there on the floor giving me the saddest look like hey why did you leave me. He also gets pouty if I am sitting on the couch not paying him any attention. He cannot jump up on the couch, so he will sit on the floor with the most pitiful look on his face until I pick him up. It's enough to melt your heart.

| Leaving is a HUGE one here too! Another one, is if I am upset he gets this sad look in his eyes. I recently lost a friend and whenever I cry about it, Keeley gets so sad too. It breaks his heart to see me sad. |
