Louie pouts anytime I go out the door and don't take him with me. Even if it is just to check the mail, I can hear him barking inside. When I open the door to come back in he is sitting there on the floor giving me the saddest look like hey why did you leave me.
He also gets pouty if I am sitting on the couch not paying him any attention. He cannot jump up on the couch, so he will sit on the floor with the most pitiful look on his face until I pick him up. It's enough to melt your heart.
