| Jack's Daddy was steel blue with silver and blonde on his head, His Mother was almost all blonde, with just a little steel. Jack is 6 months and is starting to get silver roots on his neck and back, and his head is all colors, so there is no telling, as long as he just stays as sweet as he is.

| I guess I just don't understand what "blue" is. They all look black and tan and dark gray to me. My Gidget is lighter colored than Leila. |

| In England the Kennel Club standard says ""dark steel blue, not silver blue" it is just a term for the dark silvery gray colour that extends from the back of the neck to the tail. I used to watch the Crufts Dog Shows when I was growing up in England and the Yorkies ruled. My sister-in law is from Yorkshire so I feel even more of a bond with this breed. I have loved them all my life, and I am now so proud of mine, although I cannot see him prancing around an arena, he would be the clown of the show.
