| ![]() When we 1st got Teddy and Tiffanie (That was 18 months ago) I used the puppy pads by the door on the carpet and that to me was a big mistake, I mean they went on the puppy pad when we 1st started training them, but they soaked the back of the puppy pads so bad that it went through on the carpet and silly me didn't even notice it until later after they we're pretty well trained, for when we took up the used puppy pad we put a new on right back down. So I being a new mommy to my babies I had no idea this would happen and still today we have the pee spots there in front of the door, I've tried everything to get it up but can't for nothing, Oh they look like their gone for a few days but seep back up and there they are again...What cleaner (Machine) can I buy to help me get them up and what cleaner (Sprays) would I use in it to help clean them up? What do U all use as soon as U catch U're babies going? We have alomost white carpet in the living room & hall, I just put throw rugs there now but I'm getting pretty tired of the rugs...Any thoughts? Hugs, Lee |

| ![]() Try going to your local supermarket and rent the Rug Doctor, it works great. I don't use it to clean up peepee because I have carpets in the bedrooms only the rest of my house is tile but it picks up stains in my boys room pretty well. My babies are not allowed in my bedroom unsupervised until they are potty trained. I do have a center rug in the middle of my living room and they have gone on it. What I usually do is take a papertowel to soak it up and them use OUT pet stain remover. They sell this at Walmart. |

| ![]() I got really good results with "Resolve" spray. Just spray it on and let it sit for a while and wash it out with a damp cloth. Worked better for me than a carpet steamer. Good Luck! ![]() |

| ![]() A really easy and cheap cleaner - mix white vinegar with water and put that onto the stain. I use this all the time for pee or poop stains and it works great. It also helps remove the smell so the furbabies don't smell it and become repeat offenders in the same spot! ![]()

| ![]() Hello, I use Spot Shot (Instant Stain Remover). It is in a blue & orange colored can with an orange top. It has removed all of my old pee stains....even a very old chocolate ice cream stain. It works wonders!! Maybe it will work for you. Sugarpig |

| ![]() Nature's Miracle is a great cleaner and deodorizer. You can find it a most pet supply stores. I have found that for best results first soak up the urine and then put Natures Miracle on the spot. Let it sit a few minutes and then take an old towel or heavy paper towels and stand on it to completely soak it up. |

| ![]() There's a product called "Get Serious" that works really well on old stains. just one thought though, make sure you cover the area with a dry towel or sheet after you clean with the cleaner. Until the carpet is completely dry and I mean all the way through to the under pad, it has to covered otherwise it will become a dirt magnet. That's probably what's been happening. It could even take a couple of days to dry in humid parts of the country. A carpet installer told me that trick and it really works! Good luck. |

| ![]() Natures Miracle has always worked "miracles" for me (groan!) It does seem to neutralize the smell and everything and a little goes a long way! It also works on throw-up and poo... |

| ![]() I swear by Get Serious...I get mine at Petsmart. It is pricey (print the page with the price off of Petsmart.com and take it to the store and they will sell it to you MUCH cheaper) but well worth it. I heat some up in a bottle and then follow the directions....no stains left. I used it to get up some really old stains at my old house and it worked great. No return of the stain even after a year or so when we moved.
