| ![]() When i first got Missy mike didnt really care for her. Still don't thats why shes mommies girl. Then i bought Bobo, Well hes such a sweety you can't resist him and he sleeps on the arm of Mike's recliner if Mike is setting in it. Then i got two older ones and he knows they are here. I think cause they are not babies. Then i got Stardust, He just loves her.sometimes if i buy a pup and don't like it i will find it a new mommie, but, this time HE SAYS I BETTER NOT SELL HER. I think shes won daddy over. she is a sweety. I've been married 38years and its always been big dogs but not any more we also have 3 pugs he just loves. and a chihuahua named peanut and he's daddys boy. I guess i'm very lucky and I love Mike for that very much.

| ![]() I guess I am one of the lucky ones... My husband loves Tatum to pieces! He just couldn't wait until her hair got long enough to make a topknot and always tells her (and me) how pretty she is. The other day he had to go pick her up at the groomer's and needed to go to Home Depot. He realized he didn't have the leash so he went 15 minutes out of his way to go home, get the leash and go to Home Depot with her. He loves taking her places! As soon as we finish our new house, he wants to get a big dog for outside but Tatum will always be his little baby!

| ![]() As a representative of the male gender, let me say that my girlfriend wa sthe one that really wanted a Yorkie at first... I've never had a dog, much less taken care of one for a long stretch of time... However, as I've learned more about Yorkies and taken care to look at breeds of dogs, I love the yorkie!!! For me, I'm a guy who is TERRIFIED of larger dogs... Heck, I'll cross the street if there is a larger dog on my side of the sidewalk... We don't have our Yorkie yet but when we do I think we will both love him equally... As for clothes, etc... I'm not goin there... ![]() |

| ![]() Let me just say that my Fiancé has always been a cat person. He has 2 cats and has never owned a dog. My Fiancé started going to Oklahoma every week for his company. Well, I don't like being home alone at night. So I told him I wanted a watch dog (LOL) So, I decided on a yorkie. I know I know they aren't really watch dog material, but he wanted something small and I wanted something that would bark. To make a long story short; he calls me everyday now to ask how Cordelia is doing. He is buying a motorcycle this weekend, so he bought her a little leather jacket. It's so cute, but there is no way hell she will be riding with him.

| ![]() When I got my yorkie it was not a planned thing(went with my sister to get her a dog, and well, what can I say I ended up with one) my husband told me before we left not to come home with a dog. (he knew I had been wanting a yorkie for some time, but we alread have two schnauzers and he thought that was enough). But after 30 years of being married.......I quit doing what he wanted after about 6 months anyway. Ha! Within just a couple of days, my husband was just as crazy about Scooter as me. That was 2 1/2 months ago. I am picking up my new little girl yorkie tomorrow at DFW airport. Her name will be Cheyenne. She was my husbands idea!!!!! Whoever said you could not train husbands was wrong. |

| ![]() My husband had always said he would never have an inside dog because keeping them inside was cruel. He said he wouldn't have an outside dog because we don't live on acreage. This has been what he has said for 32 years of his life - 26 years with his first wife and now 4 with me. I had to beg to get Carter at Christmas. I made him realize that I don't ask for much and that this was something that I really wanted. He gave in on Christmas Eve and we picked up Carter on Christmas Day - drove through sleet and snow to get him (in south Louisiana it rarely snows - maybe that is why we had the weather -- Ed gave in!). Ed absolutely LOVES Carter. He is the one that wants to take him everywhere with us. He's the one that picks him up and puts him in the bed with us at night. I don't believe he ever thought he could love an animal the way he does Carter.

| ![]() My Bridget was a birthday gift from my husband. However there are times when he complains about how spoiled she is, and sometimes complains we even have animals. He just isnt really an animal person would be happy to never own pets. Luckily for myself and my kids I love animals and always have. He does play with Brdiget and he is the one that bought her for me, so I think ther is a bit of a soft spot anyway, although he deny's it!!

| ![]() Just as my family. My husband told me after the first one that he does not want him in our bed. The first day i got Zeus he slept with me in my bed. He went out and bought a new bed a queen and that was 5yrs ago. Now we have 4 in the bed, he knows that they are kept very clean and if they can't sleep with me he can sleep on the couch.LOL But he loves them too, Zeus growls at him for coming in the room,LOL Now he is talking about a king size bed. What ever makes all of us happy. I have 4 children and they laugh because where ever I'm at they are not far from me. My sister came up the other day and said that she can't get over that my husband lets all of them in bed with us. I was very glad he said I love them like our children. They are part of the family. Then in the same breath my sister asked for a puppie. (I have four 8wk old pups. LOL. Give it sometime he'll come around and love your yorkie as much as he loves you. Susan |

| ![]() My husband adores our yorkies!! He talks baby talk and spoils them even more than I do if thats possible but we have already raised our children and we now say this is the next generation!! My husband even misses them when he's at work and won't take a vacation unless they can go too. Spending is unlimited on anything to keep them happy and spoiled but then again he does that for me too! He just bought me a new Cadi for our anniversary and lets me spend whatever on whatever. No bars held so I'm really blessed and lucky!! |

| ![]() My fiance absolutly LOVES our baby. He takes care of him just as much as I do. He works out of town alot and when he is gone our puppy 'Cajun' will look all over our house for him. When he comes home him and Cajun will sit in the floor for a hour playing. I guess I am lucky because he loves him so much. Here is a picture of them together. Excuse his finger, we didn't even realize it was like that.
