| Daisy did not want a bath yesterday and got even with me... Now mind you, she has not had an accident in my house in over 2 months... She had her bath, looking at me with those "I'll get you back eyes" As soon as I put her down I went to get Ty to bath him.. I turn around and she is pooping on my kitchen floor!!!! Looking straight at me... I know this was pay back!! She did not want a bath and was letting me know.. Anyone else ever have their babies "get back at them"?? |

| LOL...sorry to laugh, but these little guys can have such strong personalities, that it is sometimes hard not to laugh at them...my Bailey hates his bath, but he has never done that, just goes to his bed when I am all finished his grooming and gives me that .."I'll never forgive you!" look, though he always does!

| I haven't had this experience w/Bella yet but I did have a situation like this w/my Mom's cat! I was living at home, 19 and pregnant. Not such a good situation but fortunately for me, I had a wonderful, supportive mother. So anyways, I brought my beautiful daughter Ariana home from the hospital, and my Mom's cat (who was 8yrs old and had always been the PERFECT cat) was scared of my daughter and seemed to hate her. He at first hid from us and the crying bundle in the crib, but then one night, came into my room... jumped in my bed (which woke me), and looked at me and pissed right on me!!! And then walked away as if nothing happened. I figured he was getting me back for bringing the baby home. He never did it again just that one time. It was unreal. I forgave him. He's 16 yrs old now and still a wonderful cat. |

| When my neighbors had a baby, my Lacy would poop at my feet when I held the baby. Also, when my sister would come and visit she would poop right outside her door. I don't know if it was so much of a getting even issue or just a showing of dominance. |

| DaisyMaesMom -- Your little dog didn't poop just to get even with you. It was the excitement of the bath with the water (and her probably not enjoying it a bit) that caused her to have to go to the bathroom. Poor little girl! I used to have a dog that would get so excited everytime he went for a ride in the car that we almost always had an accident. .... no fun? Carol Jean |

| Oh my god this is so funny! A few days ago I gave my Daisy her first bath. She was not diggin it at all. I told my boyfriend , "she is going to get us back by peeing all over the place" Not even 5 min after I said that, I was drying her off, she jumped off my lap and started peeing on the couch. I picked her up and put her on her pad and as I was cleaning the couch she started peeing on the carpet. Man oh man I am going to have to be really careful with her after bath time now. |

| it's the water and when you rub them to get them clean. we had to hand raise a litter of puppies from 3 days old and we were told that the mother licks them after feeding time not only to clean them but to stimulate the urge to go we had to use warm washcloths on them after feeding cause they said if they didnt' it could make them really sick from not going. just a natural thing I guess. |

| I was laughing so hard. Because I know exactly what you are talking about... the look. I've heard that these guys are known for taking revenge. Trixie has never done it after a bath, but there have been other times. I now recognize 'the I'll get you look' and take her out right away!
