| Please call the animal control and give their address. Or give me their address and I'll call for you. No dog should be mistreated. If it was a Yorkie being mistreated, would you call?

| DSKeeter - Pitbulls are wonderful, loving, especially affectionate pets - but can be trained to be very mean and aggressive. I think most of us regard our little Yorkies as predominately house dogs. Very few of us (unless we have an absolutely safe fenced yard) would ever let these little guys out - and never around other dogs. There are two dogs in my neighborhood that visit regularly with my Yorkie - they are small, and he is absolutely safe with them, but I certainly never let him near a dog I don't know. And, since I don't have a fenced yard, he is never out unless he is on a leash being carefully watched by me. Any dogs around - I'd be carrying him. Accidents happen - but I wouldn't be worrying much about a pitbull in my neighborhood because my pup would never be around it. We go out several times a day - and I am watching him every second. If another dog was running around (one I was worried about) - we'd just go in the house and go out again later. I would think also that you must have leash laws and laws saying that dogs can't run freely where you live. I would take advantage of these laws and make sure the little pitbull stays in his own yard. I am hoping that you might be overreacting a little - and the pitbull will not turn out to be a mean little dog. Still, your pup should never be around him. A pitbull in my neighborhood make me move ---- never!!!!!!!! If he were a real threat --- he'd be moving before I do! Carol Jean |

| I have Pittbulls and Boxer and Yorkies. My Pitt bulls are just as sweet as my Yorkies. But would or do I let My Yorkies run with my Pitt ?? No Way. It would only take one time for My Yorkie to start some thing with my bigger dogs and I know with their size and strong jaws it would prob be all over after that. I would turn these people in. Its so wrong for them to teach it or any dog to be mean. |

| My pit bull loved my yorkies..she always wanted to play with them..but if my yorkies got mad my pit would take of running scared lol..my daughters mixed breed dog (comet..she is german shepherd husky and retriver mix) she thinks the yorkies are her babies..so if she thought nikita my pit was getting too rough she would run over there and take nikita to the ground..it got the where nikita would hide to play with the yorkies and if comet seen her all comet had to do was look at my pit and nikita would take off running..I"m not kidding..i live on 6 acres and nikita was across the creek with the yorkies..comet was about 3 acres away and all she did was stand up and look at nikita and nikita took off running lol..keep in mind nikita never hurt them and wouldn't heck she was scared of them if they got mad..but it didn't matter the yorkies are comets babies lol.. Any dog can be vicious little or big..I agree with snow wa..i wouldn't have any dog outside without a leash if you live in town..I also wanted to mention..i'd wouldn't take any of the pups out til they've had all of their shots. I don't know if you know this or not..but if one dog that had parvo that came into your yard and used the bathroom..your pup can get parvo..and parvo can live for years on your property. It wouldn't recommend taking any of them outside til they have had their shots that way you don't have to worry about them getting anything.. Ok..i'm done telling my cute story lol...hope my advice helps ya juanita...

| My brother is an owner of 3 Pitbulls. My nephew is a breeder of them. My brother's are friendly and have never been aggressive when we have had family get togethers. They also had a cat. The dogs never bothered the cat at all. However, I would never allow another dog, small or large near them. |
