Here are my two 'teapots' - Snickers at 8 lbs and Baxter at 12 lbs. I love this thread! :cool:

They're ADORABLE ! What happy little faces....people think larger yorkies are big and they so are NOT...they're too cute :thumbup: and I love this thread too....

Thank you! I've been going through the posts, and it looks like Pebbles is the largest at 20+ lbs, with Willie and Brownie tied at 18 lbs. You know what I love most about a larger yorkie? When you hug them, it's like hugging a soft, cuddly teddy bear! Mmmmm.....lol

Okay here are the snuggly pair. I just weighed Cricket who is 5 1/2 lbs. and Bubba was 11 lbs. He is so active!! He runs the backyard like a maniac. He runs so fast and corners so good that dirt flies everywhere! Bubba's front legs feel like Popeye arms and the back ones are thick muscle too. Cricket is so prissy.

I agree. I call Abbie my little bear. She loves to curl up and cuddle and she doesn't squirm away when you cuddle her like a teddy bear.

LOL at 'Popeye arms'! I know what you mean. Baxter is slightly bow-legged too - we used to say he was a mini rottweiler when he was a puppy. He had a tiny barrel chest!... sooo funny and cute. :animal-pa

just weighed pebbles at my mums she is 1 & 1/2 stone which works out at 21lbs she is a big teddy bear, and she is never cold!

Teddy bear?? Up here, we call anything that big a brown bear! LOL.

This is Parker at Christmas time. I'm guessing he's around 8 pounds. But he's mostly hair! As you can see once his fur is smushed down in his pj's, lol

That is a good question as to how we got them all to sit still!! KoKo and Sophie are older (KoKo, 7 years old & Sophie 3 years old), so they are really calm and laid back. Mr. Hobbs is just 5 months old. He always wants to play. I think he was fascinated with the camera, though. And I had my sister there trying to make them sit and look at the camera. Overall, Sophie and KoKo are very photogenic and love to get their pictures taken. We are working on Hobbs.

Here are some more pics of all our yorkies that come in all shapes and sizes!! Again, I am surprised we got them all to sit still and look at the camera. Lucy is 10 lbs, Sophie is 7 lbs, Ziggy is 5 lbs, and KoKo is 12 lbs. The first pic was taken at Thanksgiving, and it is of ALL the yorkies we have in our family, minus Mr. Hobbs (3 lbs), who is in the last picture...we got him for Christmas.

Sophie is our 7 pounder that is in the second and third pic. She is very photogenic and loves to have her picture taken, so I thought I would put some of her glamour shots on here.

THAT is one of the cutest pictures I have ever seen on YT. Ohmigosh a bunch of Yorkies in all different sizes. Just adorable.

Thanks! I suspected I might have missed it. I love Pebbles! And after seeing her, I see she is MUCH cuter than a brown bear!

This has turned into one of my favorite threads ever. I love plus-size Yorkies!

Nina is still only 5 months but shes already 5 pds. so me and the vet are pretty sure shes gonna be 8-9. But the more I look at your guys, Their not so fragile, and you can still dress them and make them look like babies. I love the little ones, but for me I need some meat and potatoes around my house. :D :eek:
