can you walk your dog woth or with out a leash

I can walk Pippa on or off the lead, but i never chance it near roads only in forest

I could but would never do it unless enclosed in a fence. They will attack the biggest dog in the neighborhood if given the chance or try to "bring down" the SUV going down the street or a squirrl acorss the street may catch their eye. They are really fearless little terriers.

I could walk mydog off a leash all day if i wanted. We usualy hang out in the frount yard all day he sleeps under the tree and I play with my Girls.

It only takes one ball, one cat, one squirrel... and they are off!!! and then it only takes one second and one car!

I could never take that type of gamble... I would never forgive myself!

Its also against the law to have them out with out a leash here in California.

But I am also the gal who pays for full licensing on both unaltered females with the city! Its expensive! But they're legal!!! All my friends think I am nuts! Most don't licence their dogs, or some just do one and not all of them... And pass the tags around... Shameful I think!

For one, I can’t trust her not to run off if something gets her attention; two, because my neighborhood doesn’t permit it; and three, because I want everyone else’s dog on a leash, so I need to be just as courteous.

I could totaly trust rocky not to run off. He wont chase balls or cats or anything unless I tell him he can. Hes a great very well behaved dog. e will go next door to take a tinkle sometimes but wil not go into the road at all unless hes on a leash. Its great

Gracie would be wonderful if I walked her without a leash. She stays right by me. Rebel, on-the-other-hand, is off EVERYWHERE! I can't trust him not to get lost, hurt, or even killed. Haven't attempted London, yet. She's still a little too young.

I'm with Glad. But I'm terrified of my boys running away. Neither of them are good with "come". We have extendable leashes for them but I'm too scared to let them off because of all the dangers.

Gucci can walk without a leash cause she always stay by me when we are outside but I don't risk it. I always walk her using her lead.
