No freaking way!
It only takes one ball, one cat, one squirrel... and they are off!!! and then it only takes one second and one car!
I could never take that type of gamble... I would never forgive myself!
Its also against the law to have them out with out a leash here in California.
But I am also the gal who pays for full licensing on both unaltered females with the city! Its expensive! But they're legal!!! All my friends think I am nuts! Most don't licence their dogs, or some just do one and not all of them... And pass the tags around... Shameful I think!
