| Breeder review Hi All, We are in process of adopting a Yorkie/Biewer terrier and have shortlisted 2 potential breeders. 1. Mary Ann Condit from Kanakee IL 2. Patrycja Lindsey (http://stellarstardustbabydollschicago.com) Both are AKC breeders and Mary has been showing Yorkies as well. I like pups from both breeders but I see some tiny yorkies with Patrycja advertised for 5K. Can you pl share your experiences with these breeders? Looking for help from the YT community.

| Patrycja Lindsey (http://stellarstardustbabydollschicago.com)- Some red flags I see is she has way to many parent dogs and there is no way those are all in her house so I would be suspect of a puppy mill or not great conditions of the dogs. She isn't super educated on Yorkie you don't need to give honey or nautical to a puppy 3 times a day for several reasons one puppies don't have immunity to the microorganisms like babies in honey and if your puppy is health and eating normally then there should be no one or reason for your puppy to go hypoglycemic, her health guarantee sucks and basically if she send you a puppy with worms, fleas and mites and so on thats on you and puppies tend to have those issues if from a bad environment which she is covering her butt about. She also doesn't follow AKC standards, there is also no such thing as a full black yourkie so she probably doesn't have pure breed dogs, and after that stuff I stopped looking. Mary Ann Condit from Kanakee IL - I can't really find out much info but the name sounds familiar.

| Thank you so much for replying. I did notice that some Biewer terriers listed on puppies page looked like s**t Tzu - Yorkie mix. I spoke to Mary and she offered me to visit her home and see the pup. The pup's dad is still used for showing by her. On the contrary, Pat asked me to meet at a local pet store which kind of felt weird. I am going to meet Pat today and see how it goes! The pups from both are almost in same range 1800 vs 2200. So still deciding.

The other one (Mary) I checked out her web-site, she does breed Shih Tzus, her yorkies are mixed colors, a reputable breeder, breeds for standard color, not chocolates or mixed colors. How would you know if her Biewer Terriers were pure Biewers and not mixed yorkie with Biewer. To many red flags with both of these ppl. It's your dime and your decision. If it were me looking for a Biewer I would stay away from both these so called breeders. Just my opinion. Good luck.

I just checked your thread, you have Mary Ann Condit from Kanakee IL, no mention she is with YTCA. I found what you found, for info. you have to fill out the form. I know nothing of this breeder other than she only breeds Yorkire, not Biewer terriers. You say you spoke to her, you should have asked if she had a web-site
