I just checked your thread, you have Mary Ann Condit from Kanakee IL, no mention she is with YTCA. I found what you found, for info. you have to fill out the form. I know nothing of this breeder other than she only breeds Yorkire, not Biewer terriers. You say you spoke to her, you should have asked if she had a web-site
