You guys are so awesome to educate these pet stores. It's awful they use the teacup terminology to sell products. If the pet stores don't know any better, how will the new pet owners? sigh..

I do not shop at these stores for my baby boy.
They do not care about our loved pets.
It’s all about the money.
Also, their grooming department is terrible.
I’m sure there have been good experiences with some, but not me.

I meet an amazing trainer there when Callie was a puppy. They are a business to make money but they do a lot of different parties and stuff now. I don’t think they are that bad.

In a large business they have different areas that take care of different things. This persons job may have been just to forward the information to the right area and respond they may not have job clearance to do anything other then that.
