| My guy climbs on top of my shoulder perched like a parrot out of fear. Thank goodness no squealing, it's embarrassing enough lol.

| I have gotten lucky that none of mine are scared of the vet. The orthopedic surgeons office is a different matter Callie actually starts shaking and has to be carried in and then hides under me. Sammy my moms passed away yorkie used to get what we called vet poo where it was very loose diarrhea like he would let it all out, out of fear. It was always best to give him a few minutes outside or he would do it inside.

| We have two little girls and yes, it is double the costs, but there is no way I would have it any other way.

| Max was a year and 1/2 when we got Molly. He was a porker(12 lbs) because his other 2 sibling dogs were elderly. He needed a companion to grow old with. I've had Molly for 2 months and it couldn't be better. The older dogs sleep and watch the "kids" wrestle and play. Molly has perked up Max so he is the playful pup I remember last year. Expenses: cost of the dog was the most. The older dogs are 11 & 10 and I never insured them. But being active and prone to certain injuries for the 2 yorkies they both carry health insurance. $37 per mo. each. $200 deductible per incidence Food : not much more for the extra mouth to feed. Toys: She likes to steal his toys so there is plenty to go around. Dog Beds: Make my own and they have about 10..spoiled dogs. But I also work from home so they all get plenty of attention. Have a fenced yard so they are off playing outside when its nice which lasts most of the day now. So I have a perfect situation for the 4 dogs. But they do require a lot of time but Max would have been very lonely if he was a only child |
