| That is a great deal! I love when that happens. So did you end up getting a dog? Did you ever contact the police or anyone about that scammer? And how do you have a hedgehog?! I want one so bad. I didn't know they were sold anywhere.

and like puppies you have have to find someone who breeds hedgehogs NEVER FROM A PETSTORE! i got Crowley from a lovely breeder in Il - but since they are exotic pets you should make sure they are legal in your state (bad things happen to the poor hoggie if your caught) here, i practically lived on this sight for a year before i got a hedgehog Hedgehog Central – Hedgehog pet care & owner forum

| Hedgehog WOW, that is a different pet Looked at the site briefly, looks like similar issues as for Yorkies. Hope you get your little girl soon, but keep her away from the hedgehog spines!! They sure will not be sleeping together LOL! |

i know how much hedgies need there safe spaces so i made her her own room- to help with comfort and her heating needs. and when puppy finally comes home a baby gate will also be added to the doorway as extra security.

| I grew up in the Middle East, and we had hedge hogs as pets the entire time we were there (caught wild in the desert.....they tame pretty quickly)....10 years! They are called "gumfas" over there, and they are OMG adorable!! I was going to bring the hedge hog that I had as a pet when we were leaving to come back Stateside....they WERE NOT ALLOWED IN THE USA at that time so I had to leave my pet with one of the other kids in the camp.....I am thrilled they are allowed here now and I have seriously considered getting one "for old times sake".....WONDERFUL MEMORIES!!!!! | I had seen a hedgehog in a hole in the wall pet store when I was hunting for dog toys. I didn't get mine from there but found a breeder not too far from where I live. They are such interesting pets! I could watch him all day night. Sakura wants to get at Riku, the hedgehog, so bad. But no worries my hedgie is safe in his big ole cage neither dog can get to him at all. I've had rats with my little hunter Sakura and she didn't care about them. She also doesn't care about my bearded dragon either. He make more noise and runs around more during the day. Good luck in getting you baby! I miss my furbabies being puppies! |
