It wouldn't be remotely true that bulls penis aren't a hazard to teeth, as with any hard chew/bone etc.. I don't know I still don't understand why the same folks who will spend bucu bucks on the best dog food, refuse vaccinations, spaying/neutering in the best interests of their dog will then proceed to let them chew on a bull penis....I just never got past this....(rolling eyes smiley)

Hahahah so true! These are the same people who critize pet food and the industry...until their dog needs a penis stick then it's all good. Happy holidays everyone!

Taylor, you don't need to defend yourself to anyone. let me apologize and give you a hug too....because you are a kind caring owner that does the right things for Callie. I don't use bully stick because they stink and have caused Pebbles to throw up. Bone can crack teeth and if you chose to use them be prepared to pay the price with a large dental bill. Live and learn

Yes, Taylor is indeed a responsible pet owner, and a kind and caring one. And, NO, she should not defend herself. She has as much of a right to voice her opinions on bully sticks as anyone else. Or any topic for that matter.

There is a lot of stuff that other dogs might be okay with, but my dogs have had bad experiences with. I always speak up just to let people know and to be on the lookout for potential problems.

I probably sound like a party pooper, broken record on some subjects. Come sit by me Taylor.

I give mine cow hoof...fresh...raw. I get them from the butcher, who packages them 5 pieces to a pkg. I get several packages at a time, repackage 3 to a pkg...one for each Yorkie, then freeze the rest for later. They love them!

I can see Callie telling Max and Teddy how terrible I am lol. I can hear her saying you would not believe how unfun my mom is guys we went for a walk on our property the other and there was just this awesome deer poo and I wanted to go roll in it but mom said no and pulled me away! Lol

LOL, Max and Teddy would have a great time commiserating with Callie. They think I spoil all of their fun too when they find yummy things to eat.
