| No, I don't think it is drying. I do have a couple of dogs that shed excessively when they are being dried. I usually have to vacuum up everything then swiffer because you'd think I dried a german shepherd.

I am not a fan of YSS, but we do need to remember the quality hardness or softness of the water, not to mention the type of coat we have, makes a huge difference for the silk coat, well really for any coat. I remember I took Magic in swimming during a show weekend, and my breeder about fainted and chewed me out, because river water softens what should be a firm or slightly harsh coat. And well when I blew him dry, his coat was way too soft. I remember for Purina with Razzle, the first day we washed him, my breeder was in tears as I was, his coat was so dry, so fly away, just not like the true silk coat we both knew he had. Well we adjusted, and that night we re-washed Razzle in Distilled Water, and used a highly dense concentrated conditioner, he won Group 3 or 4 that next day, and his coat was back to his normal for him. So the point is the quality of the water you have has a huge impact on the coat, find the find shampoo n conditioner for your water and coat type

I remember when you had the water nightmare with Razzle's coat while traveling for shows. Our water quality here went downhill in the past year. Both humans and doggies are suffering in terms of hair condition. It has affected which products work better than others.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I am a product junky for Galen's coat lol . . I checked it out . . I am going to stick to the Wampum and Artero products . . His coat looks amazing and growing in nice. I get special attention from Julia. She directed me to the right products for Galen's coat. And she gave me little hints that she does to make the coats so beautiful . . . She is a reputable show breeder and all her dogs are in full coats and never get wrapped ! I saw her dogs in person. I asked her what are you using and she told me. . . His coat has never looked so good ! Look how smooth it looks. And my water is hard water. . Here is the link for the products TrendyWendyPets, LLC - Home

| I haven't heard back from Pure Paws about the ingredients in the Code Secret. I have a feeling it's made with sulfates, though.. after seeing on their Facebook that their other products aren't sulfate free. What do you guys think about using these type of products? Is all-natural better or do you think it's better to use products that produce a nicer looking coat? Most show dog products I've seen aren't natural at all. Just something I've been wondering about, because the YSS products for example, are natural.. but they don't give me the result that I would like.
