| Several people here have purchased bookcases and put rods in part of it for hanging and left shelves for toys and blankets. |

| You might want to look at thrift stores and yard sales.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Yes, YT had a Halloween Contest a few years ago, and I came up with that outfit, I knew I could never outdo myself, so he's stayed the same every year.

If I had the room, I'd probably go with an armoire though. I don't like how dusty things get on open shelves (my heat/ac vent is right in front of the bookcase so maybe that's my problem). I just think things keep better in a closed cupboard.

| One thing I do like about the bookcase is that it's tall height allows me to hang leashes on the side.

| I saw pictures of her closet before- to be honest. I can't remember exactly what the pictures looked like but what I do remember is that it was so amazing that it totally blew my mind! Lilah has a mini dresser stack and it is not enough- also it doesn't store her clothes nicely- they really need to hang. So when we update my plan is to get the same closet my little boys have from ikea. I think it's the stuva? You get to pick what you want to customize it and it is so easy to put together, compact and movable- closet rod (you could easily put in multiple for yorkie clothes) little wire bins on rollers or shelves...its my dream closet!

That looks very nice and organized. Yea dust is a problem for me too. I though of making one from scratch with my grandfather because he loves building project. But When I read bout the bookcase I started my mission and found one at walmart im going to purchase and im adding two baskets in the bottom and I will deff be making a door though for the firsttwo shelf as it is where I will be putting her clothes . I already saw a really nice door knob lol. Btw where this u purchase the pole? | |
