| I would ask your vet about giving her Pepcid at night. I did that along with an extra little meal at night when Teddy Bear was having similar issues.

| If anyone is questioning whether the recipes are made by a vet nutritionist, you can watch this video which will clearly explain to you that they are. JustVideos | Just Food For Dogs I admit I shouldn’t have brought BalanceIT into the conversation while giving my recommendation for JFFD because I understand many people use BalanceIT and are happy with it. However, just because BalanceIT might be working for some people, does not mean that you need to discredit another great company such as JFFD. Have a great day, everyone!

No one is discrediting them...simply asking logical questions that I cannot find the answers to. I listened to the video and still am baffled about the vet nutritionist question. I am assuming, since you insist he is a vet nutritionist, that I am looking in the wrong place.

| Oh, and just an FYI.. he was certified in clinical nutrition after graduating vet school. Everyone just needs to learn how to read. There are also several other knowledgable people working with him to correctly balance the diet. Director of Clinical Nutrition | Just Food For Dogs Canine Nutrition Team | Just Food For Dogs Also, the profile of the chicken and rice has the SAME nutrient profile of BalanceIt which means that JFFD know what they’re doing as well. http://justfoodfordogs.com/wp-conten...n-and-Rice.pdf

| Being balanced on paper doesn't mean it's balanced as fed

| To be clear, I don't care what you do or what you feed your dog. I only care what I feed my dogs. I'm happy with my approach and have elderly dogs that look like 5 year olds so I'm doing something right. Have a nice night Nicole, I'm done.

To each his own and I am glad that you are happy with them. I am happy with Balance It. I have had five dogs thrive on it. Two were elderly and passed, but they loved their food until they did pass on. The other three are still with me and doing fantastic on it. My choice. You have yours and that's great...and yes, that was the original problem...your comparison of the two and your trashing a company that I have done business with for much longer than you have the two. Good luck with your choice...I hope it serves Chloe well.

| I do want to say that I wondered as I read the directions for preparing foods....they suggest freezing after adding the supplements. I would wonder about the stablity of the vitamins. They might be fine, but seemed off to me??
