I admit I shouldn’t have brought BalanceIT into the conversation while giving my recommendation for JFFD because I understand many people use BalanceIT and are happy with it. However, just because BalanceIT might be working for some people, does not mean that you need to discredit another great company such as JFFD.

Where do you see his credentials? I have yet to find them and I see a lot of pretty language all over the website about how he is doing this for the good of our pets; yet I see him selling a huge amount of products. He mentions boarded vets but no names that I can find, and I see not one mention of a veterinary nutritionist.
No one is discrediting them...simply asking logical questions that I cannot find the answers to. I listened to the video and still am baffled about the vet nutritionist question. I am assuming, since you insist he is a vet nutritionist, that I am looking in the wrong place.
