Donating YT 4000 Club Member | ![]() Ha! I love it. My next door neighbor just posted back to her that he was taking screen shots of all her posts so that the DA would have plenty of evidence against her when she finally snaps. I probably shouldn't be laughing about that, but I just found it hilarious.

I'm not sure about the leash laws where you live but where I live all dogs must be on a leash. The invisible fence would not be a good defense for her here. She sounds like she's got a chip on her shoulder regarding the HOA. If your city/county has a leash law I would send it to her. I see the signs all the time in my neighborhood about the invisible fence but I never see any dogs in the front yard.

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | ![]() It sounds like to me that either the dog is already aggressive, has aggressive tendencies or they have every intention on training the dog to be that way. Very sad... but she does give fair warning. I hope she post warning signs in her hard/. Enforcement of Proper Confinement Law. The law states that "No owner, keeper, or harborer of a dangerous or vicious dog shall fail to do either of the following: 1. While that dog is on the premises of the owner, keeper, or harborer, securely confine it at all times in a locked pen which has a top, except that a dangerous dog may, in the alternative, be tied with a leash or tether so that the dog is adequately restrained; 2. While that dog is off the premises of the owner, keeper, or harborer, keep it on a chain-link leash or tether that is not more than six feet in length and additionally do at least one of the following: (a) keep that dog in a locked pen which has a top, locked fenced yard, or other locked enclosure which has a top; (b) have the leash or tether controlled by a person who is of suitable age and discretion or securely attach, tie, or affix the leash or tether to the ground or a stationary object or fixture so that the dog is adequately restrained and station such a person in close proximity to that dog so as to prevent it from causing injury to any person; (c) muzzle the dog." (Ohio Revised Code Section 955.22(D)) The law also requires that any owner of a vicious dog purchase liability insurance no less than $100,000 because of damage or bodily injury to or death of a person caused by the vicious dog. (Ohio Revised Code Section 955.22(E))

YT 2000 Club Member | ![]() Weird, If a child comes onto their property and their dog bites the child they are liable no matter where the kid is. If someone gets hurt on your property aren't you liable? Yes. They better reconsider. If a child comes on my property I would hold that child away from my Yorkies and protect her. How inconsiderate and selfish. Of course my Yorkies would not be running around getting zapped by an electric fence! Not true dog lovers. |

| ![]() Hope her homeowner's insurance is up to date and her electricity is on… because it's obvious that no one in her family is an attorney (unless of course they've already disowned her ![]() |
