"We have adopted a new little 8 month old lab mix puppy. Will be installing an Invisible Fence for her. She is well-trained, but if a child OR another dog comes onto our property, we will not be responsible for her actions. Please tell your children NOT to come into the yard without letting me know first, and, for those of you on our street who insist on not keeping your dog('s) leashed or contained, we will NOT be responsible if he/she comes onto our property to do his/her business." |
I'm not sure about the leash laws where you live but where I live all dogs must be on a leash. The invisible fence would not be a good defense for her here. She sounds like she's got a chip on her shoulder regarding the HOA. If your city/county has a leash law I would send it to her. I see the signs all the time in my neighborhood about the invisible fence but I never see any dogs in the front yard.
