YT 2000 Club Member | I found it! Carrot Peanut Butter Doggie Birthday Cake Can bake in a 8 in. pan or muffin pan 1 large egg 1/4 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/3 c. honey 1 c. shredded carrots 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking soda Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line cupcake pan with six cupcake papers. Combine the egg, peanut butter, oil, and honey in a large bowl. Add carrots and stir to combine. Combine flour and soda in a small bowl and add the carrot mixture. Stir until fully incorporated. Pour into cupcake liners, bake for 25-30 mins. until toothpick comes out clean. Remove and cool on rack. Frost with a little peanut butter before serving to the birthday pup! Mine can't have grains so I didn't make for their birthdays! You will have to let me know if your pups liked it!

| I made cupcakes for a party a few years ago. I like to keep it simple, basic and healthy...no sweetener, no sodium. I used one can of pure pumpkin, one large egg, and about 1.5 cups of ground old fashion oatmeal. I would lightly beat the egg, then fold in the pumpkin and oatmeal. I used mini-cupcakes pans, wiped with organic coconut oil, and filled with about 1 tablespoon of mixture. Bake on low setting for about an hour. Check to make they're done and let cool. Frosting - Greek yogurt, and grated carrot sprinkles

| Thanks for all the replies so far, Gina's 1st barkday isn't until May 5th, but I want to try some of these before hand, to see which one she likes. Please keep them coming, thanks. Cheers Quad & Gina

| We used cookies in the cooler at pet smart. I forget the brand but the ingredients were literally just like, peanut butter, honey, oats, pure cane sugar. I topped one of them with a plain yogurt icing I made.
