I found it! Carrot Peanut Butter Doggie Birthday Cake
Can bake in a 8 in. pan or muffin pan
1 large egg
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. honey
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line cupcake pan with six cupcake papers. Combine the egg, peanut butter, oil, and honey in a large bowl. Add carrots and stir to combine. Combine flour and soda in a small bowl and add the carrot mixture. Stir until fully incorporated. Pour into cupcake liners, bake for 25-30 mins. until toothpick comes out clean. Remove and cool on rack. Frost with a little peanut butter before serving to the birthday pup!
