Also agree with LadyJane, check out the rescue groups in your area if you would be willing to adopt a little older yorkie. Sadly some people will get rid of their yorkie just because it is to big.

Luma is bigger than them, and Rosie (who wasn't even the runt of the litter) is much smaller than them. The best bet is probably to pick a bigger puppy out of a litter from parents 7-8 lbs or to just adopt a matured dog.

| I would suggest that you check your local rescues and shelters for larger adult dogs. You will not know a puppy's adult weight until they are fully grown, so you will probably want an adult.

| My males dad was 6lbs and mom was a little over 5lbs and Guinness was the runt of the liter...his brothers and sisters are 4-7 lbs... Guinness is a solid 14 lbs So the parents theory does not work nor does the runt one.
