A breeder, while they can not GUARANTEE that your puppy will have a "tight face", ie baby doll face, has their line of pups and they are pretty knowledgable about what their breeding stock throws. They can tell you, at a pretty young age, if a particular baby will have more fox like or more compact facial features.

I have one with a shorter snout (Westley), one with a longer terrier about (Noah) and one sort if in between (Allie).

Westley has that fluffy teddy bear look. Noah has that foxy, skinny nose. Allies just a weirdo

I picked out my little Trinket because I liked her nose. It was more pointy than some of the others.
