A breeder, while they can not GUARANTEE that your puppy will have a "tight face", ie baby doll face, has their line of pups and they are pretty knowledgable about what their breeding stock throws. They can tell you, at a pretty young age, if a particular baby will have more fox like or more compact facial features.
