| ![]() That's a great idea on the onesies. I don't have time to get ones online, so I'll swing by Petsmart and pick a couple up that way I can rotate one being worn, one being washed so she doesn't have a dirty piece of clothing next to that incision.

| ![]() I didn't see any at Pet Smart when I looked there, I went to Babies R Us and got the newborn size, but since Gina isn't even 4lbs yet, I'm going to exchange them for the preemies. Cheers Quad ![]()

| ![]() I have 7 month old girl I was holding back for show and recently decided that I'm going to place her in a pet home. I had her spayed Friday and retained puppy teeth pulled. She has done really well! She was more awake than i thought she would be when I picked her up. I fed her canned food, and she ate right when we got home. She has been on metacam for pain. I have been keeping her in an x-pen in the bedroom or kitchen so that she can still be with us but can't run around. She has been good about resting, and she hasn't been bothering her incision. She would love to be out playing...think she is feeling pretty good. But need to let her heal before she can play again. Hope your baby does well too!

| ![]() Oh man, I feel guilty. Took her on a walk at the park just a few minutes ago and she was having so much fun that we were running half of it. Little does she know she's getting surgery in the morning. But she will always be a baby and never a mommy, so we gotta get it done for her. It's gonna be rough waiting 10 days or so to go for another walk or to chase each other around the back yard. ![]()

| ![]() An hour and a half until my baby goes into surgery. I trust my vet 110%, but it's still nerve-wracking.

| ![]() Wishing Cookie all the best; during surgery and recovery. I'm sure that she will do just fine. My Bailey, as others, just knew that he couldn't do much during the first fews days after surgery. I'm sure that you will be very watchful and things will go well. Sending positive thoughts your way from Canada. ![]() ![]() |

I'm not a vet by any stretch of the imagination, however I have heard that boys are lickers after surgery and girls not so much. True or a myth?? Has any one here heard/know the same? I have a boy and he was a licker ![]() | |
