Another vote for Buddy Belts and Kristin - I'm a huge fan. I'm currently obsessing over what color to get for fall . We have Cashew, Sage, Knight and did have Tropical Sea. Love them all for both our Teapot and our smaller pup (11 and 6.5lbs). We also have the Choke Free velpro mesh for P-Nut (our teapot) and use it for long walks and the beach. Love it. Also like the leather Choke Free for our little guy, but didn't like it for our bigger guy. It just looked strange to me.

My first three Buddy Belts were a gift from our very special friend, Jackie, and one of them is Cocoa. Jackie knew I would have chosen one that was really soft leather, and the Cocoa is really beautiful. I bought one in the Year of the Snake Collection, and it's also very beautiful and soft. They are so easy to put on, and I know they are very safe. I don't worry if Katie pulls on her harness, even though she shouldn't be doing it, because its nowhere near her trachea. If I needed to, I could lift Katie up quickly to get her out from harm's way with her Buddy Belt. Kristen is amazing to work with. Even if one of her competitors were having a special sale that she wasn't having, I'd still buy from Kristin. It's not worth it to me to save a few dollars (in the rare times another retailer had a sale), because I believe in loyalty. She takes such great care of her customers, even helps others when she doesn't have the product, and she's there to help you. In a word, she has integrity.

I love the website inthecompanyofdogs.com. I got my Yorkie harneses there. They are called Puppia harneses. You can request their catalog that is filled with cute dog stuff. I love their t-shirts. That's all I wear now I am retired. Check this out and you will get this catalog every month! I love it!

I really love our velcro mesh choke free harness. It's excellent for dogs that tend to pull on harness really hard. I am extremely happy with and so gentle on the pup

We have a buddy best and 2 choke frees and love the silk harnesses that Chartiesmom makes - we have 3 of those and with her long hair the silk helps to not get as much matted hair. We use them all for different reasons but do love the colors of the silk.

so far i've been using a harness but recently my neighbours mothers dog somehow got out of the harness and was hit by a car the same thing has happened to five people i know

I use a Buddy Belt, they are wonderful and like other have posted they make me feel so secure when walking Sophie Kate. I also use a Puppia harness for times she might get wet (rain, at the beach). I am sure the Buddy Belt is water proof but I have it in my head with leather it should not get wet.

Our buddy belts came today!! I can't believe how quick they came...especially since I ordered them right before the weekend!!

I love them...and so do the boys. Both of them have already went on a small walk with them and I left the buddy belts on when they came inside, so they could continue breaking them in. Neither of the boys seem the least bit bothered. When I first put them on though, Ricky did try to chew it....just like he tries to chew his other harness....but he's now leaving this one a lone. I think he forgot about it being there...just like he forgets about his collar, his t-shirts, his hair ties etc etc.

Thus far, I am really happy with the buddy belts. If I could change anything, I would change the color so both of the boys match. I was afraid to get them both the same color, bc I figured it would be hard to know which harness belonged to which dog...but after seeing them both today, there is such a drastic size difference, that it would be super easy to tell them apart by size alone!!

So...I guess all that means is that I am going to have to order more.....so they can have a matching color!!

I also ordered a few other products from Kristin and love them all!!!
